Thanks to our risk free 30-day guarantee, you may return any EASY DESK product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply call us and we will issue an RMA#.
We recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your PIMP MY DESK product. However, if you no longer have your original box, please let a customer service member know so a return box can be provided. Please call Customer Service for more details.
For ITALIAN Customers: Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days upon return receipt of your PIMP MY DESK product.
For EU Customers: Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if you paid via PayPAL upon return receipt of your PIMP MY DESK product.
FREIGHT ITEM RETURNS
Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
PIMP MY DESK stands behind our products, and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work to resolve any issues that arise.
A failure is defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free trial.
Exceptions to the coverage include:
- Changes in surface finish, including color-fastness or matching of colors, woodgrains, or textures
- Normal wear and tear
- Dye transfers caused by external contaminants
- Modifications made by the user
- Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings
- Damage or marking of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign objects
- Pilling of textiles
Returns and Replacements
- During the 30-Day Guarantee period, returns, replacements, and shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Within 1 year of the purchase date, shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by the customer.
- Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced at our cost under the 30-Day Guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.
- After the initial 30-day risk free period, refunds will no longer be available, product replacements will be provided instead.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please call our customer service team. Once the item is rerouted back to our warehouse and we verify receipt, you will be issued a full refund. This usually takes a few days.
